Founded in 1998, Alpha Center for Women exists to offer life affirming choices to those experiencing unplanned pregnancies.
Alpha Center for Women is supported by the time, talents and treasures of caring churches, businesses and individuals in our community. We do not receive any county or federal funding.
Alpha Center for Women is a contract service provided for Florida Pregnancy Support Service Program, a State program which promotes pregnancy education and encourages women to carry their pregnancies to birth.
National affiliations include:

- NIFLA (National Institute of Family & Life Advocates)
- American Pregnancy Association.
Referral Services:
Care Net and HeartBeat International are national pro-life organizations that have teamed together and placed several billboards around our community. During office hours, clients from our area who call (800)712-HELP are routed to Alpha for Women where they can hear a caring voice and receive hope and help.

National Life Center has many locally sponsored billboards in Marion and surrounding counties. A client is provided information on Alpha Center, our location, hours and services when he/she calls theLife Center.
A Nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, Good News for Life, Inc., Alpha Center for Women declares the (Gospel) Good News of Jesus Christ in word and deed.
